We used five rivers for the catering for our wedding last August. The food is amazing- some of the best indian food I have ever tasted. On the day itself the service from their staff was faultless and we received so many compliments from our guests about them. However the reason we have given 3 stars was because the confirming and tasting experience wasn't so smooth. After having arranged our food tasting, we turned up to discover that there was no such booking, despite us having an email confirmation. And they couldn't accommodate a food tasting. This was inconvenient for us as we had travelled up from London specifically for this. This meant we had to make a second trip. There was a problem with emails too and we didn't receive our final food choice confirmation until a week before the wedding. This was quite a stressful time so wasn't something we enjoyed and made us worry about how they would be on the day itself. However in the end it was all fine and the day went smoothly.

What an experience! And that's exactly what it is. A dining experience. The service was second to none. Great attention to detail. The food was out of this world. A symphony on the palate. Quite extraordinary.

It's the first time me and my family have been to this restaurant. Our usual a la carte restaurant in oldbury changed owners in the past year and the food wasn't as good as it used to be.
However this will now be our restaurant of choice! The one thing that stood out over anything else was the service! The manager made us feel welcome as soon as we got there, and the waiting staff who served us were excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu, especially how the food is cooked and had great knowledge on the wine selection. The food was some of the best I've tasted, and the drinks were well priced. Overall it was a really enjoyable trip and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This restaurant is just the best 🖒 Excellent service,food and atmosphere. One of the best restaurants I've been too! Celebrated so many occasions here. To top it off the live piano music and pianist was amazing !!

held my daughters engagement celebration. They catered for 90ish people. Absolutely fantastic. Staff were super, willing to help in every which way. The manager mr Karra couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic young man. Told him what I wanted and he took care of it. Oh...... and the food!!! Second to none.

One of the nicest places to eat in Walsall. Proper table service and well presented Indian food in a trendy setting. There's a well stocked bar and the cocktails are pricy but very well presented. It's not cheap but the price is OK for the service and the food is high quality. They have resisted the urge to pack too many tables into the restaurant which is great.
Only downside for me was the throbbing monotonous dance music played throughout. It not only masks other tables conversation but intrudes a little itself.
