Ordered collection, food was on time, great customer service on collection, lovely packaging, curry on point, only disappointment was lamb chop starters as it was dry not tasty and seemed old and keema in naan was crumbly and not even throughout the naan.

Delivery driver was very professional and COVID conscious. The food wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was well worth every penny. We’ve been to the lovely restaurant a few times, and we’ll undoubtedly be going again, but I hope the delivery service continues too. Very, very good food. The food was stunning and the spices perfectly balanced in all our dishes.

First visit this evening for me and my partner and all I can say is WOW, the restaurant is beautiful and looks top end, service was amazing very helpful staff on hand Ayas Ali was so very helpful to us and talked us through some recommendations I'm so glad he did as the food we had was AMAZING, flavours I have never tasted before, this place is very highly recommend and we will definitely be back

Excellent service from the first phone call!! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, food and restaurant would be what one would a high end restaurant in a Birmingham. Prices were fair and portions were very generous, made my wifes birthday very special. Thank to all the staff. Also, Covid compliance was above and beyond the expected standard.

Firstly I would like to say that the Customer Service was excellent. The starters, wine and cocktails were fabulous. The one thing that disappointed both of us was the main courses were incredibly salty. We have had tale away service from this restaurant during lockdown and the food was amazing. My husband on Friday 9th October when we actually visited the restaurant had the same main thst he has had the twice we have had takeaways but said it was very salty. This will not stop us from ordering a takeaway but just hold back on the salt as we had to request more water.

Absolutely amazing dimmer at Five Rivers À La Carte. The service was tremendous and really made us feel special on our 4th anniversary. Food was too an exceptionally high standard, and the staff are extremely polite and friendly and interactive. Also in relation to Covid-19 they take it seriously with temperature checks at the entrance, and all details requested for track and trace. Thank you for an amazing night!
