After reading all the great reviews about Matt and his team, we decided to have them to transform our garden to a nice clean safe space for our disabled daughter to play in all year round! And they did not disappoint, they all worked very hard, were very polite, and cleaned up afterwards. We are more than happy with our new garden, and what a transformation! Thank you all so much

Had 3 quotes for my back garden
Fairlawns was the best price, I’d seen some of there work before as a friend had used them.
Matt came round our house to quote and discuss job.
He came across as a great guy.
Matt and two other guys removed my old lawn, dug out and placed framework around the perimeter including going around a feature rock. Hardcore was put in with grano dust on top, lawn was layed and golden gravel around perimeter. All 3 worked hard and did a great job
All rubbish removed and area cleaned up.
Didn’t have to to pay any money upfront or during the work as Matt said he only accepted payment on completion of job.
They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.

We are over the moon with our artificial grass and the whole customer experience with Fairlawns from the quote to the contact with office to the job carried out. The days the men came to do the job were the hottest of days I really don’t know how they worked in the heat but they did and did a first class job, on time, despite having to deal with our steep garden and no back to front access, I can’t recommend them enough.

On the hottest day of the year so far in a South facing garden Matt, Dave and Chris worked their socks off to give us a cracking new lawn.
They dug up the old grass lawn, carefully removed slabs that we wanted to re-use, dug out, laid a frame, laid hardcore, levelled out, laid membrane, laid artificial lawn and cleared up after themselves whilst being happy, cheerful, friendly and professional. They didn't stop, they were like machines! Six hours from start to finish - I just don't know how they do it.
They've done a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased.
I would happily recommend them and would certainly use them again for any other work I needed doing.

Quick response to initial enquiry. Very reasonably priced but more importantly they arrived when they said they would, they completed the work in the time frame they said they would and the finished job was pure quality. The guys were professional, super helpful and friendly. No messing around got on with the job in a well organised fashion and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with the quality and speed of Matt and his colleague. They showed up as expected and the work has that level of detail you want, nice edging etc. They cleaned up behind themselves and were considerate of the property with bringing machines and materials through a section of the house. Matt & his fellow workmen arrived promptly at 9am & set about the task of removing our old worn grass lawn. Within 3 hrs, regardless of the rain shower, we had a beautiful artificial lawn & they placed our new stepping stones at no extra cost. So pleased with the results.Highly recommended.

We wanted artificial grass as our dog kept wreaking our natural grass. We are so happy with the outcome. All the lads who came were lovely, all friendly and professional. All the work was done in one day and we were so impressed! They also tidied up after themselves and left zero mess! Really good price, would highly recommend!
