Used Excelsior Cars for my airport drop service and was so impressed by the service that I used them to pick me up too, Shak our driver was very professional and imbibed a very pleasant and friendly attitude and this goes a long way especially when you are traveling with Family!!! Excellent service, our booking was confirmed straight away. Wow, I haven't even used the services of this company yet but so far I am really impressed. I am currently arranging transportation for two trips, one in April and one in May. I only started looking into it yesterday, and already the dates have been submitted and confirmed to me, a provisional booking has been made by Abid, and Abid even called me today just to confirm what he had done and to thank me for using the company. As a professional travel writer, I am confident that my follow-up review following my journeys with this company will be good if the initial communication and service is anything to go by!

I needed a new way to travel from Birmingham to Tenbury Wells on regular basis so I decided to give these guys a go and I have been using them ever since and every weekend now for the last year and a half...or there-abouts. Met Adrees for the first time today and had a great journey and a great chat. All the guys here have always been welcoming and freindly. Always on time and communication is great too.
