We had Kam, he was on time and picked us up as asked. He messaged to let me know he was going to be our driver about 6 hours before so that we had confidence he would be there. He had a sleep before our 3am pick up, so we had confidence he would stay awake! He was lovely and chatted just the right amount, lovely guy and then let us sleep for the rest of the journey. Asked us what music we wanted, carried all our bags. Messaged where to meet him. Would definitely recommend!

Efficient friendly and reasonably priced. Needed transport for 7 of us to and from airport and the driver Shak took all the stress of it from us as he arrived in plenty of time, had a pleasant manner and got us to and from the airport swiftly. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

We used Excelsior to take us to the airport and pick us up on our return. The service has of the highest standards. We booked via the website and was picked up at exactly the time stated. The instructions were very clear. The driver Abid made the journey stress free on the way there and our driver Shax was was waiting for us on our return. Both vehicles accommodated a family of 5 and 5 suitcases in the highest comfort.

We had a group of six booking to Birmingham Airport with pickup in the early hours. Very prompt pick-up and careful, considerate driving. Return journey equally excellent. We had left an item in the taxi outbound. This was dutifully retrieved on our return.

Shak collected us from Manchester airport and waited for us despite our plane being delayed. He drove us back to Birmingham, doing 2 drops. Shak was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend using Shak and Excelsior.

Used Excelsior for the first time for the 100 minutes journey for my family and I to Manchester Airport from home and return journey a fortnight later. As a professional travel writer, I travel around the UK to various cities for clients. One client often uses different modes of transport as part of the journey, and asked me to find a taxi/driver service as part of my latest trip. We used Exelsior for a trip back from Liverpool to Bilston. From the very start, Abid was responsive and provided excellent service and communication with regard to any queries. The booking process was fast and simple, and we did not have to make payment until a week before the journey despite having made the reservation several months earlier. There were some changes to my trip time on the day of travel, and they were very accommodating when I messaged to check if the time could be changed. The driver, Nasir, turned up right on time and was a lovely guy. Will use Exelsior again without a doubt, I was very impressed and will also recommend to clients and family. Great job - oh and pricing was also very competitive compared to many others. I, like many others, get suspicious when any company has hundreds of straight-up 5-star reviews. Well, the good news is that there is a reason why this company has so many excellent reviews - you can book with total confidence as they are very professional and reliable.
