A few hours before l travelled to the UK from Kuwait, I spent much time trying to find transport from Birmingham Airport to West Bromwich. I tried two apps, with no luck. I found Excelsior during my search and booked online. However, there was an error with my online booking, and Excelsior messaged me about it. They then fixed the issue and sent me the link for payment. My card wasn't being accepted, and my daughter tried paying with hers, and that didn't work either. I was then sent a link l could use to transfer the fare. That didn't work. At this point, l had given up, as l was also a little stressed with last-minute packing and had to leave for the airport and take two flights till my final destination.
Excelsior then totally surprised me by finding a solution to this problem. This was extremely helpful to me and one less thing to stress over. He was waiting at the airport, with prompt updates and instructions on how to find him.
I felt safe and taken care of. Brother Abid was so respectable and sociable. The vehicle was warm, comfortable, and clean. As a woman, especially one travelling alone, l would definitely use this service again, and l highly recommend it. Hat's off, Excelsior, for a reliable and efficient service. If l could give you 10 stars, l would. ✨️ Actually, l can't fault this service even if l tried. Everything was super smooth, from response time to messages, pick-up, and drop-off.

Our first time to use Excelsior Cars and will definitely be using them again! Met us off our flight and picked us up for our return to the airport. Great service! On time, great communication with a text and phone call and so polite. Even had the child seats for us with no issues. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely great experience. Our driver Saiful was absolutely brilliant. Made a bad experience with cancelled flight a whole lot more bearable when we had to fly into Birmingham instead of stansted. Could not fault his driving us to Stansted one bit, and genuinely a really great guy!!! Thank you Saiful

I am not 100% sure but I think our driver was Farhan. An amazing driver. Friendly, patient when we couldn't find apartment. Really went out of his way to help. I would give him 120 out of 10. Dealing with your company before hand from the other side of the world was an absolute pleasure! Especially when i found you on Google and contacted you just on your ratings.

Really helpful people. I booked this company when I went to Birmingham on a shopping trip with mum and sister, trains were due to be on strike and I didn't want to risk there being queues for the taxis.
Called them the day before the booking to confirm all is ok, they said yes and even sent me the details of my driver and his mobile number to call when we got our cases. When we landed in Birmingham and I switched my phone on I already had a message from the driver too to say he was nearby and to call when we got our cases.
Farhan was out driver for our journey to and from the airport. He was a gentleman and really friendly. He talked to us during the journey and even recommend where to go for different types of food and shops.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a prompt collection from my home address in Somerset on 28/11 and had a comfortable drive to my destination in Bromsgrove. I was collected following an operation and brought home. Both drives were smooth and stress free and the driver was courteous, informative and polite. Would certainly use them again. The company were also very flexible in collection as the discharge was earlier than expected.

I used Excelsior Car service for 4 different transfers whilst in the UK for a week in April and the service was excellent! Great communication before and during the transfers, professional drivers and clean cars. Couldn’t have asked for more. It’s not the first time I’ve booked with them and it won’t be the last! Thank you for taking care of me! UPDATE: I just used them again for 2 airport transfers and everything was great again! Good drivers (one chatty, one quiet, both good!), careful driving, clean cars, good communication and on-time pick-ups). I have used this service over the past 3 years and they are consistent and the prices are fair.

Kam picked us up very early in the morning from Birmingham airport. He provided timely and professional messages before our flight took off and he arrived promptly in Arrivals to meet us. Great service with Shak - very professional, pick-up was prompt, and journey went very smoothly. I was a bit apprehensive having not used the company before, but booking was incredibly simple, and the staff was really pleasant when we phoned on the morning to confirm - they even gave us the name and number of the driver in advance to put us at ease. Bookmarked their website as will definitely be using the services next time we have a need to book a minibus!
