Our driver Mr Irfan was great with communications. He went the extra mile to resolve the problem that our incoming airport passengers had no UK phone. I highly recommend excelsior, especially if you are lucky enough to have Mr Irfan as your driver.

I booked a return trip from Birmingham airport to Cirencester and both drivers arrived on time and were friendly.
Rocco on the return trip was a great conversationalist which made the journey go quickly.

They kept in touch regarding any questions I had before the trip.
Received an ETA from the driver on morning of the trip, and arrived on time.
Very friending and accommodating driver, clean car, and dropped us right into the racecourse.
Again, kept in touch with an ETA for pick up, and sent location of where he was, which was again, inside the racecourse.
Can’t fault the service we received, and would 100% recommend, and will be using again.

We used Excelsior Cars in September 2022 we needed a taxi the early hours of the morning and we were travelling with 2 little children. The taxi arrived on time the driver was very polite, helped us with the children and our cases. We could not have asked for a better service. On the return journey our driver sent us a text to let us know he was waiting for us and again he was also very helpful. We could not fault this taxi company for effectively, politeness and the cost quoted was what we paid. We were very happy with Every aspect of the service provided it made our holiday stress free as no anxious waiting to see if they would arrive. I would recommend this company and would not use any other service from now. This is a very late review as I did one in September but due to internet problems it does not seem to have been posted.

We took a taxi from Birmingham to London and they were amazing with my constant queries as we were travelling with a toddler and I was a nervous mum. They provided a car seat and the driver was absolutely excellent. Cannot recommend this service enough!

From booking through to changes in our travel plans and dates to assisting with my frail parents travelling independently for the first time in years, the service was helpful, quick, personal and on time! The anxiety levels in my parents were removed completely through communication and assurance with a simple plan. A wonderful service and one that I will keep in my contacts for future trips to and from BHX. Certainly 5 stars.
