Dean looked after both of my parents funerals. He and his team where everything you could want for, at a time which was immensely challenging. We had dean harper funeral directors for my dads funeral 17th February 2020 it was amazing from start to finish dean looked after every think for us every think we asked for dean sorted northink was too much trouble for dean he was compatinate friendly and it was a pleasure to use dean harper for my dads funeral he takes pride in his job he makes it a very special day we will never forget it we had a hurst and 6 funeral cars the day was amazing and that was all down to dean I would highly recommend dean harper to any one we as a family will never go any were els only too dean Thankyou so much for every think you did for us dean

Dean and his team gave us an exceptional service. They were efficient and organised everything in a timely way. When some things went wrong they went out of their way to solve the problem. Great communication, keeping in contact with every step- not pushy at all. I arranged the price and services before my loved one died, which I recommend if possible. Very genuine people, without exception, who care, and all at an excellent price. I highly recommend this funeral service. They gave a tailored service and gave us everything in detail that we asked for. Thank you.

I am not local and the nursing home where my aunt lived recommended Dean Harper and it turned out to be a great choice. From the initial engagement with Anna and Pauline the arrangements went seamlessly, and due to my remoteness and COVID-19 all over Zoom or by telephone/e-mail. On the day the funeral service went perfectly, with the priest recommended by the funeral directors being an excellent choice wonderfully blending the music we had chosen into the service. I would have no hesitation to recommend Dean and the team at Dean Harper.

Amazing support at one of the most difficult times. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was both personal and professional throughout. Everyone we dealt with both at the office and on the day of the funeral was lovely and made sure we were updated and supported throughout. Not sure we'd have got through it without them.

Dean and Anna were both fantastic. They listened and helped make the whole experience as stress free as possible. My Dad chose a Dean Harper Funeral Plan and I'm sure he would be very happy with the service he received from them. They went above and beyond to make sure his wishes were granted.

We looked at some of the bigger chains and were getting so stressed out with the high prices for packages/services that didn’t quiet match what we wanted for my brother. I decided to take some time out to research the local funeral directors and came across Dean Harper’s. It was one of the best decisions we made. They had the perfect package for such a good price and they let us adapt it so that it was perfect. It was so personal! It really was a beautiful service and everyone at Dean Harper’s were warm and amazing throughout. Would 100% recommend.

Following the passing of my father in November, all of the staff at your business have been most helpful, with the utmost respect. We have now travelled to Lake Garda in Italy, to scatter his ashes at a hotel he spent many happy holidays at.
The scatter tube and certification you organised made the trip hassle free, and if any other families are considering doing the same, the customs officers handled the transition through, with respect and spoke in a very understanding manner.

Just a little note to say thank you for all you did to make sure the services and order of service were perfect and also say thanks for making sure the hymns verses and music were right at the crematorium. Both services were beautiful and meaningful, the crematorium service felt like an extension of the church. Dad's relatives really appreciated the hymns and the music. I've really appreciated your calm voice on the phone during these last few weeks and thanks for dealing with the 'curve balls' so professionally.
