Decent building materials for a decent price, used DBM many times most recently I had a bulk load of decking boards delivered two of which were not produced correctly (one slightly too short and thr other was missing a corner) popped to store and straight into the yard to exchange for two new ones no issues at all

Ordered, amended and took delivery of building supplies without a hitch. Was a little worried after reading some reviews after ordering, and spoke to one lady who was abrupt and unhelpful when I needed to change my order, but everyone else was fine.

A big big thank you to Abbie on customer services for saving the day. My idiot husband forgot to order the bricks we needed for our extension. The builders arrived promptly first thing monday morning, as per my instruction with no materials to work with. I rang up darlaston to see if they could do anything at all to assist and was told that if so we would receive a call back. Within half an hour we did receive a call back from a lady called Abbie. She had found us a cancelled delivery spot and arranged for the materials my husband forgot to order to be delivered. We received our delivery within the hour and our builders got to work. The fantastic customer service from Abbie meant we only had to pay the builders for 2 hours whilst they twiddled their thumbs.
