This company has a great selection of products and very good prices which I cannot fault, although the customer service is awful. Going to their shops feels like a big task, and when I ordered a bulk delivery, it did not arrive on the arranged day, but instead the driver arrived at 6am in the morning the next day! Not only waking me up, but also many of my neighbours to mine and their frustration. I live on a tight road which made it quite difficult for the driver too, but instead of trying to drop off the items in an orderly manner, he was very rude and unprofessional threatening to not leave the items with me at all.
