We used to be regular visitors here. Food is second to none, service time can be hit and miss. The worst thing about this restaurant is how noisy and busy it gets. However prices are fair and food is excellent so don't let it put you off visiting.

lynch with a friend heard good things about the restaurant, it was fab we had the the £15.95 menu, good choices great value and a bottle of wine included. The food was so tasty. Calamari - great chicken - superb and a lively sweet. Waiter was so friendly and polite. I will go again as it was a lovely experience

We booked a table for 10. The service was great and the food was very nice. There was a great atmosphere (we did not take over the room) as the restaurant has a lot of tables. With drinks the bill was set £160 which I thought was good value. We will go again.

Love Italian food, especially from here! One of the best around, can't beat it :) came here for most special occasions back when I lived in the area! Really miss it, must go back soon!

Just a glorified Pizza Restaurant, trying to be something a little more.

We can't fault Da Vinci's at all....we have been there many times, usually for our Sunday lunch but have visited with Family and friends..... we have always found the the food to be excellent with a great choice on the menu, the service is again excellent and the atmosphere is lovely, although it can be a bit noisy when there is a large party there....I don't know of any good restaurant that is totally quiet.

Very pleasant surroundings with the restaurant being upstairs. The food was nice and unfussy and the service was good. Four of us ate and the final bill was very reasonable.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere , staff friendly and attentive, serving drinks very quickly and allowing us time to choose from the extensive menu. When food served it was well presented and hot.

Do not be put off that it is next to Dominos or the lack of Italian staff.
Husband found this restaurant last night (Friday) All I can say is why have we not been here before? The service, food and value is fantastic. I could not believe a bottle of red house merlot would be that good at £8.95. Difficult to choose meals as so many choices. This is one restaurant I will be going back to work my way through menu. Fantastic could not have been better

Second visit to Da Vinci's. The restaurant was very busy with mixture of couples and groups. The atmosphere was good and greeting very good. Although very busy the Manager and staff were superb throughout meal always ensuring enough time for us, always available when required. Never made us feel like we needed to rush despite how busy the place was. The food was very good and came out at right times. The steaks were cooked exactly as we looked and ordered. Ery enjoyable meal and visit. Will certainly be back highly recommend.

6 of us ate on Saturday night, we all enjoyed our meal & it was very good value. Pasta dishes were around £7 and a bottle of very drinkable house wine just over £8. Service was good and staff friendly.

Having read last couple of reviews I was a bit reserved as to if I should go. Glad I did!! So what if there were no Italians present. As for drink prices I am a wine connoisseur and their prices cannot be beaten good selection too. I can't remember last time I went to a Italian and found Italian staff anyway. Anyway! Food was good and tasty and service was thorough and attentive.
We are returning next month with family and friends so it can't be that bad can it.

We have spent Xmas lunch and New Year's Eve at Da Vinci's several times and also through the year in the evening with friends and every time without exception the food and service has been excellent and with a fair price that usually includes a bottle of wine !

Have eaten here several times and the food has always been freshly cooked, hot and very tasty. The waiting staff have always been very friendly and attentive, no request being too much trouble. The food is good value for money, prices being very reasonable

A first class restaurant, very friendly, polite, helpful staff, lovely meditterean decor throughout, food absolutely delicious; several Interesting and different choices for vegetarian guests. Service second to none, highly, highly recommend.
The only problem we found was access to restaurant was via approx 21 stairs not too steep, with large landings to rest(if necessary). In addition when seated in the restaurant both male and female facilities are downstairs in the buildings entrance area, however should guests need help of any kind, staff are more than happy to help in any way. Our visit was amazing so much so, we have booked for 20 people to share our ruby wedding anniversary celebration, I know we will not be disappointed.

Have dined here a number of times now and it never really floats my boat ! It's close to work and my colleagues like it so we use it for after work functions.
Rather like dining in a converted office and the authentic Italian experience is sadly lacking service is very good though !

visited with a group of 10 after an enjoyable day celebrating a baby shower and beer shower for the father to be... from outside it looked like an office as the reception area is downstairs but was pleasantly suprised when going upstairs at the expanse of the place and it was busy. all the dishes were well presented and my dish of spaghetti gamberini with fresh chilli's was particularly good just light enough not to be too filling. desserts followed which were lovely, a bottle of moet and a few drinks and an enjoyable evening was had by all. would definately visit again...... Although living in the canary islands it's the first Italian restaurant I've been in that none of the kitchen nor waiting staff appeared to be Italian

Friendly service however the food quality and taste doesn't live up to the menu. In my opinion they keep the prices low to encourage you in but use low quality produce. If you want an ok meal for a good price then it's ideal. The restaurant is so open it lacks a little atmosphere apart from the smokeyness from the kitchen that is.
