This was my first visit of the year and was long overdue. I had forgotten how good the food is. Again, faultless service and atmosphere and wonderful food which was excellent value for money. We were unhurried and it was a very pleasant couple of hours. Highly recommended. There are plenty of parking places in Morrisons car park just opposite.
My friend had a prawn salad for starters while I had camembert cheese with cranberry sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet for my liking, but that may be just personal choice. For main course we had beef lasagne, a tried and trusted favourite. For desert, we both had a very naughty double chocolate cheese cake that was to die for. I dread to think about the calories in it.
All in all, an excellent value three course lunch of high quality food. I plan to return there again soon.

Twelve of us celebrating our friends success. We've never been let down here and today no different. Lovely staff very good food and efficient even with larger numbers of people. Thanks again

Was very sceptical about this establishment, I have heard very mixed views on it, however I am very honest with reviews

Ambience : place is a bit noisy, but it is all open plan, very good for big groups

Staff : polite, well mannered and nothing is too much trouble

MAIN BIT.... THE FOOOOOOD

absolutley superb, I had the calzone (spicy) - It is, even to my spicy standards, the food was piping hot, probably the best calzone this side of Walsall

Beer is slightly on the expensive side for a poretti, (rip of to a morretti), £4.95 a pint

Overall, price, staff, food perfect, will recommend this place for a nice little Italian.

First time visit Saturday eve.
After travelling to Italy twice I was expecting bog standard dishes but was quite surprised. An extensive authentic menu. Excellent service and good atmosphere. Exceptional service! For starter I had the most amazing Calamari and my partner had meatballs... Large and tasty. For mains I had lobster Ravioli and my partner had the Rack of Lamb. Both were gorgeous and tasty.
Excellent value and we will be back to try more on the Menu.

We went along with every intention of trying the 3 course menu, but the menu itself was so good we couldn't resist. The staff and the food was very good, and we thought the drinks were very reasonable also. They do lots of specials, lunch 12-5, 1-2-or three courses, a midweek special £16.95 with a bottle of wine, and a fish special on a Monday. Well worth a visit. There are stairs from entry to the restaurant, and the toilets are downstairs, but there is a disabled on the restaurant level.

We've been looked after and well fed here for years. The lunchtime menu is good value with a good choice.

We have visited Da Vinci's quite a few times since it opened both as a couple and part of a group. We have always found the service prompt and friendly and the food good and excellent value. Their steak is a particular strength and we have more than once had a superb Chateaubriand at a great price. The only criticism I could possibly make is that the actual room is very large and open, so the atmosphere can be a little "flat" when it's not very full and also the main toilets are downstairs. (There is a disabled facility on the restaurant floor, however.) On the other hand when you have good food and good company, your surroundings are of little importance. It's wonderful to have such a lovely restaurant on our doorstep.

Lovely food - although menu could do with an update.

Staff are good and friendly but service can be slow when its busy, good meal deals during the week, well priced. Good for a family meal

After looking for new Italian restaurants to try in our local area we stumbled upon Da Vinci’s which is a little further for us to travel but we decided to try it.
And I’m glad we did.
On arrival we were taken upstairs to the restaurant and there are quite a few steps so beware if your in heels or find stairs difficult.
When we were shown our table to be honest we weren’t impressed.
The decor reminded me of a social club. There were children running around with a few family parties eating in the restaurant and it was quite noisy. But ....
The food is lovely. The staff are lovely and it did quieten down once the children left after 8pm.
If sharing a restaurant with children and parties of over 8 are not your thing and you like quiet intimate places I would give this restaurant a miss. If your quite happy with a livelier atmosphere and are there for food give them a try.
You can see the chefs cooking in the corner which is nice.
My main course of lamb was absolutely delicious and it was accompanied with plenty of fresh vegetables and potatoes. The dessert was also delicious.
The staff are friendly and appropriate and weren’t hovering but were also attentive at the same time.
All in all a lovely evening and we will be returning.

Excellent service as always; lovely high quality fresh food too. I stayed with my old favourites, a main course of beef lasagne and profiteroles for desert, but next time I`m definitely going to be trying the camembert with cranberries for a starter instead. It all looks so tempting that it is hard to choose.

Long flight stairs up to restaurant, with toilets downstairs. Service attentive with welcoming staff. We had to wait awhile for main courses, though they were busy with other large booking. Food good & average. I had the pollo cacciatore, the sauce with the chicken had not much flavour. We could had done with more vegetables which we had to share. The derserts were had a good selection and tasted really good. The room was very cold, many of us in our party had to wear our coats.

Always liked this restaurant. Food is good, prices are reasonable and service great. Got two little ones and they're happy to split a main between them. High chairs available. Changing facilities limited but there. What more can I say. It's my go to restaurant.
