This was a friends Christmas mid week meal out. I hadn't been before and it was a huge upstairs room. Service was friendly and prompt and we had preordered our food. I had Meatballs to start, spaghetti bologna main and cheesecake. My son had cannelloni, rack of lamb and cheesecake with others having similar or chicken and calamari. It was absolutely beautiful, very tasty , beautifully presented and the meats were all very tender. Looking forward to a return visit.

Went for lunch today. Very pleasantly surprised. Good value, plenty of choice, great customer service. Washrooms spotless. Tables spread out. Very informal and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

For such a large open space - this place felt cosy, comfy and quite private. The bar and kitchen are tucked into the back of the restaurant which means the restaurant interior dominated what you could see and it didn’t fail to deliver on that. A mix of traditional wooden seating and a blend of modern in trend decor of the walls have a sense of up to date comfort. The food was just full of life too - my dish was spiced differently to any traditional Italian food I have had before but yet had all the markings of nostalgic hearty Italian food. Above that, the service was impeccable with many of the staff making the time to have a conversation without being intrusive - an art form on its own. All in all a great experience and one I look forward to again next time I’m in town.

Visited with my husband Sunday afternoon. We both chose from the special 3 course Sunday Lunch Menu which is very good value. Everything was delicious and good size portions. The management and staff are very friendly and attentive.

‘sunday lunch’
me and my partner went here for lunch sunday afternoon. we were welcomed by a member of staff at the stairs asked to do track and trace and seated at our table. service was great could not fault it however once we had ordered we could not hear ourselves think. the amount of shouting that was coming from the kitchen was asif they were all having an argument. not something you want to hear when your out for lunch. food was okay not bad but not the best our salad on our starters looked like it had gone off as some of it was brown. everything else was lovely and we would come back again.

We have been having takeaways since Covid. We normally eat in and really looking forward to doing it very soon!!! However the takeaways have been superb, the same quality of food ,same professionalism from the guys. Thank you for keeping us going through lockdown. See you very soon!!!!

Had a great experience this evening. Both my partner and I are huge fans of the Lobster Ravioli and Prawn Thermidor. Starters, Entree and dessert were all excellent, can’t wait to get stuck into the spaghetti and pizza next time! The Gentleman that met me in the restaurant was just that, a Gent and threw in a free bottle of wine which was really appreciated. High quality food at very reasonable prices, once this lockdowns over and we can dine out again, please support the local businesses like these as they are Gems to have within the community and they need are support.

Ordered from the takeaway menu this evening for the first time. Very impressed with the range available, professionalism when ordering and swift delivery.
Food was hot and had the relevant dressings and sides. Looked like a restaurant meal when plated.
The food was fresh and was absolutely delicious. Dish sizes were on the larger side. Really enjoyed it.
We will definitely order again and visit the restaurant when it re opens.

Was really good price quality and everything else would definitely reccomend to family and friends we had the calzone was enough to feed a family on it's own band the mother in law had the salmon was outstanding

We had a beautiful take away meal for 4 people last night. This was so nice! At the same price as other local Indian and Chinese take aways it was a brilliant change. Can't wait till fully open to enjoy in the restaurant.
