Amazing waffles but the only let down is the ice cream as it has no taste to it, it was blend bland compared to the sweet taste of ice cream.. my friend ordered cheesecake and he confirmed that it was yummy.. Over all was very nice my only let down is the ice cream..

Took my daughters and a couple of friends for a birthday treat.
The staff were great, really friendly and dressed up the birthday girl's sundae with extra wafers and Smarties to look like birthday candles.
However my other daughter had ordered a "design your own" sundae that cost about £2 more than the standard ones and was literally just 2 scoops of ice cream in the dish. On top of this I ordered milkshakes, they came in tiny thimble sized cups and cost about £3 each. All in all I paid £46 for ice cream and thimble full of milkshake. I can take my family of 5 to a proper restaurant for dinner cheaper than that. We won't be going back!

Went yesterday since our usual haunt little dessert shop West Bromwich has gone downhill. Was very impressed with quality and service will be going again.

We have never been in cream before but I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint the waiter who greeted and seated us was passionate and enthusiastic.

Very friendly staff. Nice ambience. Loads of selection on the menu. It was unbelievable!!!! One was not enough for me. I had to be greedy 🤣😂🤣😂

Always excellent service, the decor is really cool and the booths are a nice touch. The menu is massive with tonnes of choice, everything from waffles to cookie dough to milkshakes. I think all these trendy dessert shops are expensive considering what you get, and Creams is no different. You'll easily spend £15-20 for a couple of desserts. I can't resist paying it though because they're so tasty!

Good choice of desserts and a great range of gelato and ice cream. You can even customise your desert. I had a coffee arabica sundae which was delicious. Comfortable, cosy, retro-trendy with very friendly personable staff.

It was well-ventilated and there was a sizable selection of desserts. Some of the desserts were quite similar and thus were lacking. The sundaes were not as big as I had hoped, so next time i will order a milkshake. Asking for water is recommended due to the burning caused by the sweetness. Preparation of desserts was speedy and to a high standard finish. Prices are slightly disproportionate to dessert sizes. Toilets may be inefficient in high customer frequency situations as there is a single cubicle to boys, girls & disabled. There was a lot of water on the floor in the toilet which can be expected for the time of day. Overall, aesthetic was good and food was mediocre.
