We have been ever so grateful for Joey and his team. we've been tenants for seven years now and initially had no contact with our Landlord, no help and some dangerous issues in our home. Since Blank Space took over in responsibility we've had continuous communication and reassurance that issues were being looked at and sorted . We are thrilled to have Joey look after us and makes us feel like we are more than just tenants. He makes the effort to come visit us in person and checks in personally for how we are doing. He goes above and beyond to keep us happy, safe and comfortable.

I never feel hesitant picking up the phone to Joey, always makes time for me and I am never made to feel like a pain and they both take the time out to listen to any of my concerns.
If I had to describe my property management company (Joey) I would say professional, never promises and doesn't deliver, approachable, understanding, always available and ALWAYS returns calls, real. Any business would be very lucky to have Joey managing their properties or being their landlord. I know I'm glad I now have Joey who I have to deal with, couldn't be happier.
