ARC helped with our planning application which had already failed on pre-application with the council due to the positioning of our house to our neighbours. He helped us come up with a better design and gave us reassurance (at the same time not giving us false hope). It was a bit of a blow when the council then rejected our design on application. However, he encouraged us to appeal and put us in touch with a specialist. We appealed without any change of his design and thankfully our application was passed!! Building is now underway!!

We appointed ARC Building Design Limited to do plans for our extension. I cannot recommend them enough. They came round measured up thoroughly and didn't rush with anything.
