I can’t say enough about the staff at this practice. They saved the life of our boy Oscar who swallowed one of our daughters toys. They didn’t delay in dealing with him & kept me informed every step of the way. They’re always on hand to give advice & cannot recommend them highly enough. Oscar is now on the mend thanks to the staff here & Pool House veterinary hospital.

All we can say is a massive thank you!!! Our little dog was poorly on Thursday & I called and explained the problem. The receptionist listened attentively and obviously could sense how distressed I was. We got an emergency appointment at the end of morning surgery. The vet we saw was attentive, professional and really took time to explain everything to us. Our little dog is much better now. Can’t rate this vets enough. On the three occasions we’ve had to visit for illness the service has been impeccable. Thank you.

They are genuine caring people. I have been to vets that have not had any compassion toward my pets (or me) and they are always caring.
They will always have an appointment when needed and available for advice on the phone.

Huge thankyou to Hamish and his great team for what they did for me and my German sheperd leo after he partially detached his manhood on barbed wire😩 He was in all stitched up and home within 3 hours!! 4 weeks later and he's all healed!! Amazing people👌🏻❤️

A huge thank you to you all for your care of our rabbits. We sadly and unexpectedly lost our precious Topsy today (he won your rabbit competition in 2016).
