Have always had an amazing experience at 387 vets and have recommended to everyone that I know. It's a friendly, highly knowledgeable practice who really do do what's best for the animal and not just what brings in the money. A truely exceptional veterinary practice.

387 vets is very much a patient centred practice . All of the staff appear to genuinely care about their patients and the families of the pets bought in I'll. Everytime I have had to bring my dog to the practice, the service has been gold standard and I highlyreccomend the practice to all of my pet owning friends and colleagues. I wouldn't trust another practice with my pets life and health

I have been using 387 Vets since it opened. I would not go anywhere else. Flynn has been given the very best care and nothing is too much trouble. It always feels like they treat the pets as if they were their own and they always make a fuss of him. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

What can I say but simply the best vets I have had the pleasure of dealing with! They’ve dealt with my dog Oscar twice with quite serious operations and both times did an excellent job. They put me at ease as best they could as the operations were serious on both occasions. They also kept me well informed. After care was brilliant with very helpful advice. It’s always a pleasure to visit there and feel totally happy that Oscar is in very safe hands whenever he visits. Hopefully that won’t be too much in the future though! Deserving winners of the business of the year award.

Always a kind and caring experience at 387 Vets. We never feel rushed and everything is clearly explained to us so we are fully aware of any treatment being given. Our little dog gets very nervous but he is always treated gently and spoken to to help calm and reassure him. I have recommended friends to 387 and they have not been disappointed. Superb service.

387 Vets have been looking after my dog Harry for quite a few years now & the service has always been great. They offer such fabulous complimentary clinics like pain management, which is brilliant for me as Harry is 14 & quite arthritic. The staff are kind, helpful, professional & enthusiastic, and quite clearly love animals.

After reading one review on here claiming Hamish is arrogant and won't deal with dogs bigger than handbag size I wanted to share my experience.<br>I have had multiple dogs Yorkie, Yorkie cross, Labrador, German Shepherd guard dog who was huge and also a huge Dogue De Bordeaux all of which have been treated by Hamish and his team. I also have had multiple feral cats chipped & neutered by Hamish who has gone out of his way to help these wild animals.<br>And yes I fell out with Hamish once when I turned into crazy cat lady I was having issues with neighbours hurting my cats and cats going missing long story whatever but anyway I went back and Hamish continued to treat my animals. He has never once turned them away or refused to treat - he also successfully operated on my German Shepherd and I offered to stay to handle the dog but it was not necessary.<br>A five star service and my daughter also recently took her hamster there. We all get over emotional over our animals but I am grateful and will go back.

I cannot praise 387 enough. We had a dog that suffered a serious blow to the head, 387 did all they could for him and arranged for him to go t an animal hospital urgently. Sadly we had to have him euthanised. A couple of days later we had a wonderful card expressing their condolences.
It was a small gesture, but big enough to bring us some cheer.
