Amazing friendly staff, great with our furbabies, and so thoura, feel at ease knowing my babies are in good hands and always on the other end of a phone call if I need advice, fantastic for getting a appointments and even with covid they have thought about us humans for a shelter to wait under if it's bad weather , 5star and reccomend to everyone , best vets around

Fantastic service. Staff clearly prioritise the safety of the animals and owners in this time of uncertainty. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is given time for their concerns to be addressed. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the very best for their pets.

I cannot recommend 387 vets enough. They go above and beyond to look after their patients and are always happy to chat through any concerns we have about our fur babies. All the staff are so caring and add a personal touch, nothing is ever to much for them. We did move area and attend a local vets to us but we aren't happy with the service after experiencing such top quality service from 387 so went back to 387 vets and prefer the longer journey to get a first class service. Jo is such a lovely receptionist and really helped me out and when I had some worries. Hamish is the best vet I have ever met and was happy to chat to me even though it was after closing when my puppy was poorly and I was worried about her. Sadly I had to have one of my dogs pts in July who was very poorly and the love and care I received from the staff was so much more than I expected and they treated my baby with loving care. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Took our kitten here for her first set of jabs and wormers. Staff were great, prices reasonable. They fit us in within the week. Our previous corporate vets couldn't see us for 4 weeks!! Will bring our other animals here from now on.

Fantastic service, staff are very friendly and welcoming and they are good with my dog. I wouldn't use any other vets. I took my dog today and they were brilliant with him again. Thank you to all the staff that always do there best to facilitate his needs 👍🐶

We had a very difficult decision on Wednesday last week, our elderly cat was very ill and near the end of his life, the kindest option was to have him put to sleep. I was absolutely devastated, but Sam the vet was lovely, I was in there for 2 hours, the kindness, advice, support he showed was outstanding. He was a brilliant vet and I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery. Two days later we received a wonderful card through the post.<br>I cant thank sam and the team enough thank you

Our dog Mitzie was poorly for a few weeks and they tried everything in their power to help her. Unfortunately she lost her fight and we had to say goodbye.
The support, advice and guidance from Hamish and the team was so valuable.
They were extremely kind, caring and compassionate to our dog and to us.
We will forever be grateful for the care they gave to our dog Mitzie and for the support they gave us during an extremely difficult time.

This week my Cockapoo Murphy has had dental work at 387 and I have been blown away by the professionalism, friendliness, high standard of care and fantastic after care from EVERYONE we have dealt with at the practice. I have always used a vets closer to where we used to live for 10 year old Murphy but am so glad we have used 387 for the first time - you now have another very loyal four legged customer and owner. Well done everyone and thank you for looking after Murphy so well... it’s testament to you all that he happily walked into the practice for his post op check this afternoon. Wowing new attendees is hard enough but under Covid is pretty impressive 👏🏼 ⭐️
