A heartfelt Thank you, to Carlos and the student nurse (I am sorry I don't recall your name) for being there for my Beautiful Betty and myself on Saturday after a very harrowing experience.
The dedication, love and compassion you showed whilst helping Betty slip peacefully away with those she loved around her and the birds singing is something that I will not forget in the hard weeks to come.
Also a huge thank you to Jo who answered the phone to me on Friday and who was so warm and reassuring.. Thank you it meant a lot.
I will definitely be transferring the care of my other hairy companions to this practice, and would urge anybody considering this practice to do the same.

took my Dachshund Cleo in for surgery on 11th March 2021, as she was diagnosed with bladder stones. fantastic surgery, very compassionate with Cleo, even washed her coat & blanket as it got soiled. would not hesitate to take any of my furry babies here for any problems or surgery. infact, approximately 12 months ago Penny my other Dachshund had 11 teeth removed, again fantastic staff, really took care of Penny as she's a nervous little lady. I would highly recommend 387 Vets for any of your pets needs.

Thank you Hamish and all at 387 Vets. Amazing team of friendly staff. Looked after our dog for 13 years and treated us all with compassion and kindness when it was time for George to be put to sleep. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Since the very first day we visited 387 vets 10 years ago, Hamish and his team have been friendly, professional, compassionate . Our dog Loco was placid, lovable and as soon as we walked into 387 Jo and the girls would make a fuss of him . With 387 the friendliness starts as soon as you walk through the door immediately making pet and owner at ease.<br>The professionalism of Hamish and his team are second to none therefore when you leave there you are at Eagan’s more knowledgeable of the problem. Right up to and after the end of Locos life Hamish and his team have been so compassionate and understanding. I would highly recommend this practice. We were referred to them by our own vet for our Cocker Spaniel to have an ultrasound scan in December. We were fitted in so quickly & Hamish spent some considerable time with us discussing our options despite the practice being so busy. Sadly we had to have our spaniel put to sleep not long afterwards & despite only being to this practice once we received a beautiful hand written sympathy card when they found out about this. It was really appreciated.

I would like to thank 387 Vets for their professionalism today. I am a Vet Nurse at another practice which is unfortunately closed for the next few days and typically my cat gets ill. I was able to book an appointment with no issues. All staff showed great understanding and my cat was treated well. Thank you too all. At the moment the Veterinary industry is working hard and is under a lot of pressure, so I truly appreciate everything.

387 are not my local or regular vet centre, however they've stepped up and helped enormously when I needed them to. Our breeder had used a vaccine that our local vet didn't use and 387 were able to source and give our new puppy his 2nd shot, without any problem.<br><br>My puppy and I were very lucky to get Dr Hamish Duncan, who was more than conversational, personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Turns out Dr Duncan is the head guy, we struck gold!<br><br>From making the first appointment, to turning up and now having my puppy fully vaccinated the entire experience has been brilliant.<br><br>If your searching for a new vet or just need a miscellaneous appointment, as we did, I'd entirely recommend these guys.

I love their passion and commitment to all animals, they genuinely care I never feel rushed or misadvised. I trust them completely with my dogs. I have had 4 dogs under their care, i now only have 2 but even down to the most horrid of decisions, they were professional, emphatic and once again we felt valued and respected.
