It's time to start training and join The Red Cross on their annual charity fundraising Big Red Ride - and this year there is a choice of two routes, one longer than the other...

Start your challenge in London, pedalling 80 miles through beautiful countryside or alternatively start your cycle in Tunbridge Wells for a 45 mile route. Both routes finish on Eastbourne's magnificent seafront.
Whether you're new to cycling or experienced in the saddle, this is an achievable challenge for anyone with a good fitness level and will offer you an exciting route through beautiful British countryside. This is a really great way to spend a fun day out and raise money for the British Red Cross.
