Langton Green Village Fete
30th June 2010
... Comments

The annual village fete at Langton Green is on this Saturday 3rd July, taking place on the Village Green behind The Hare pub.

Starting at 12 noon, this fete is always very popular with locals and visitors alike. This year it will cover both sides of the green, so will be even bigger than ever! The Langton Green Rural Society have as usual worked very hard organising the event, and there's a lot planned for the day.

More space means more events too which include a Bouncy Assault course, a 20ft slide and a Birds of Prey demonstration.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy face painting, games, attractions and rummaging through the book and bric-a-brac stalls between events in the main arena as well as buying cards, preserves and jewellery from local stall holders.
There will also be plenty of ice cream, drinks, a hog roast, burgers & sausages and a good supply of beer and Pimms - perfect for a summer's day!
