Throughout the recent bestof 14 Days of Love search for the most loved businesses in the UK, there were three companies vying for pole position in the Tunbridge Wells Love-o-Meter.
Orchid hairdressers on Camden Road, Woods Restaurant on The Pantiles and The Chapel hair salon in Chapel Place came out easily as the current favourites of their clients.
The 14 Days of Love campaign itself was a great success generally, and has hopefully set a habit for customers to praise their best local businesses and promote them to others. The best business comes from recommendations, and at thebestof Tunbridge Wells we're committed to raising the profile of our local firms and promoting their services.
After all they keep our country running - without them, we'd be in some kind of de-personalised overseas perma-call centre, doomed forever to a touch-tone menu system.
