LEADING ESTATE AGENTS TO ASSESS 2009 MANX PROPERTY MARKET FOR JUNIOR
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Experts Will Give Outlook For The Manx Property Market in 2009 -- The Sefton Hotel -- 13 January 18:00 GMT

Douglas, ISLE OF MAN - 06 January 2009 - The Isle of Man Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCC) today announced that Lisa Quayle, managing director of Quayles Estate Agents and Tim Groves, a qualified chartered chartered
surveyor at Black Grace Cowley will give two separate presentations on aspects of the property market on the Island at on 13 January, 18.00 at the Sefton Hotel. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Cameron Halsall, executive council member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce said: "We are pleased to be able to give JCC members and guests the opportunity to hear the views from two leading estate agents on the Islandand are very grateful to Lisa and Tim for joining us. Both talks will undoubtedly be informative to any home owners, first time buyers or anyone
who has an interest in property as an investment."

Lisa has worked as an Isle of Man estate agent since 2003, having worked with several leading Island companies before setting up her online agency late last year. Lisa will address the outlook for the Island's residential property market in the coming year in light of the UK residential property market experiencing decline.

Tim heads up the commercial and professional department of Black Grace Cowley. He will address the outlook for commercial property trends, giving his own personal insight and predictions. Both Lisa and Tim will be taking
