Between 07:15hrs and 07:30hrs on Saturday 3rd November 2011, a large quantity of red carpet has been illegally tipped into a yellow skip located at the front of the Cunard Apartments on Loch Promenade, Douglas.
Police officers would like to speak to the persons responsible who were seen driving a large white van at the time and also request any information the public may have in assisting in identifying the persons responsible.
Police would like those responsible to come forward and make themselves known to Police Constable 289 Andy Lloyd.
