PDMS reaches employee number 50

Software developers PDMS have just reached a major milestone in the company's growth with the appointment of the 50th employee, it was announced today. The announcement comes as PDMS celebrates
its 15th anniversary.

Lauren Stewart joins PDMS from Eclipse Nursecall Systems where she was a client relationship manager. She will be involved supporting PDMS's finance department as well as the business development team.

Chris Gledhill, managing director explains, "Since 1993 we've been building our business organically and have been recruiting staff members as our needs have changed. Growth remains strong and while Lauren joins our Isle of Man
team, our new London-based team continues to expand, as we approach its first anniversary of operations. The team stand strong with eight members."

Bucking the trend towards male dominated workforce in the IT sector, Lauren's appointment takes PDMS's tally of female team members up to 16,ten of whom work within technical, analytical or product management roles.

PDMS continues to expand it's UK public sector work and following the e-Government National Awards win for the NHS online pharmacy projectdeveloped on behalf of NHS PASA earlier this year. In addition the company
has developed significant expertise in the law enforcement sector havingjust completed development of the Police National Statistics Database for the National Police Legal Database organisation.
