New appointments at Bradford and Bingley

Bradford & Bingley International has two new customer services assistant managers with the appointment of
Mandy Kelly and Wendy Hulme, it was announced today. Both Mandy and Wendy have been promoted and between them they have worked for 16 years in customer services of which 9 have been with Bradford & Bingley
International.

Both assistant managers believe customer services is of the utmost importance and work on the basis that you should "treat people how you would like to be treated yourself." Wendy explained that good customer services
"means everything to her, and is at the centre of everything we do at Bradford & Bingley International." Mandy added. "I am looking forward to developing the correspondence team so that the customer experience is the
best that is received anywhere."

Mandy was born in Wallesey and has lived on the island since the age of nine. When she is not out walking and enjoying the countryside she can be seen up at the grandstand or perched on a hedge watching her husband Neil compete with his sidecar at the TT and other local race meetings. Wendy has lived in the Isle of Man for 12 years and says she loves the pace of life here. Outside work she enjoys playing bingo and walking with her puppy,
Bella.
