Surely this is overdue? No one wants to see people disadvantaged and not given educational opportunities but a minimum of two grade Cs does not seem unreasonable for the rigors of the world of academia.   It seems a shame that it has taken the current financial crisis before the Government takes a long hard look at where the money goes..
