The sponsorship / advertising opportunity we have for company's consists of well placed signage on our rally car and service vehicle while we are competing in the remaining 2 rounds of the 2015 Manx Rally Championship.
Due to our successful season thus far, we have had a good amount of airtime on Motors TV which gets over 50,000 viewers on (Sky channel 447) or is available on Freeview (channel 71). Also on social media, Facebook and the "Special Stage" YouTube channel online. We are confident that we will continue this form or better it for the final 2 rounds of the championship.
We have Rally Isle of Man in September a 3 day event over 170 stage miles. Its an international rally which attracts crews from as far as Japan. It has 3 main spectator stages, on "day1" we have a special stage on Douglas promenade with cars starting 2 at a time, on "day2" we go through Castletown Square and on "day3" the final stage (the classic) which starts on Druidale, goes through Baldwin, Abbeylands, up the Scollag Road where we join the TT coarse and finish at the TT Grandstand. Over 100 crews normally take part and is considered one of the best events in the world.
Then we have the Pokerstars Rally in November which will decide the final championship positions and will be held on a Friday night normally starting on Ramsey Quay and ended last year on the Saturday tea-time on a 16 mile long stage from Ballaugh through Baldwin, Abbeylands and ending in Union Mills. Its a 130 stage mile event which has some of the best rally stages on the isle of man.
Both events have good television coverage and will get a lot of exposure online both here on the isle of man, UK and internationally. We are looking to raise £2500.00 to finish the 2015 championship. We hope to split the advertising space between 6 or 7 different companies with prices starting from as little as £100.00 upto £600.00 for the larger, more exposed areas of the car like the top of the front / rear windscreens and our on board (in-car) footage which has been viewed a lot on social media and has also been on Motors TV mainly due to me having a crash, your company name can be on the inside at the top of the front windscreen clearly visible to the on-board camera as well as on the outside. You never know. We may do something brilliant or stupid and get a huge exposure on social media, youtube and television.
Our only current sponsor to date has been Isle of Man Flight Training. They are a locally based Aviation School. They have been helping towards the cost of tyres this season and have commented that they have seen an increased volume in business this year and have seen positive results from the exposure we have given them. They are happy to continue with a contribution to see us finish this championship and understand that they will loose some advertising space. We have various options available and can mail through some examples of space allocation upon request.
