Brilliant service again - complete failure of electrics downstairs leaving us in trouble. Paul came as soon as he could, worked methodically through our wiring system to find that the fault was an old live socket which was buried under plaster, wired incorrectly and potentially dangerous. Our circuits had actually been wired incorrectly with the wrong load on them and were an a bit of a (dangerous) state. Paul explained all of the issues in detail, talked through the process to correct the faults and the work required. All done to plan and now everything is safe and working properly. They have cctv and you provide your own padlock and key so you know that no one else but yourself can get into your storage, they have security alarm so when your storage door is opened the alarm goes off, there is also a fingerprint and code so you are able to get into your storage after office hours!! You will struggle to find a better place!

I recently visited Mike and Sarah's butchers for the first time and while I was there treated myself to one of their pork pies. Oh my goodness, it was the best pork pie I have ever had. This is a lovely butchers shop, the way they used to be. None of the plastic, tasteless supermarket meat. This is the real deal. Great service, great meat and a great shop. 10/10

Just thought I would email you, to let you know how much I enjoyed The Big Blues Tribe Concert on Saturday Night. This was my first ever visit to the Theatre On The Steps. I thought the band were brilliant!!! , providing a good blend of material, coupled by excellent musicianship and great rapport with the audience. A thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining evening out. Hope you will be able to book them again. If the The Big Blues Tribe concert is anything to go by, I will most certainly be attending future events at the Theatre on the Steps.

After our recent Buff’s Lodge Children’s Pantomime outing we feel compelled to thank all the cast, production staff and organizers of the “Theatre on the Steps” for yet another excellent afternoon’s entertainment. The Robinson’s Crusoe pantomime was a delight from start to finish and enjoyed by all kids and grown ups alike. Here’s to next year!
