The Arts Centre Telford (TACT) first opened its doors in 2011 under the leadership of Ross Doodson, Ruth Standley and Bobby Standley and quickly established a reputation for producing exceptional quality theatre in Shropshire.

TACT is an arts education and theatre company whose primary aim is to offer outstanding training opportunities and experiences for young people.

Audiences may already have seen TACT productions, as they are resident at Oakengates Theatre @ the Place, where they have performed The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe, Oliver!, Our House, Jane Eyre the Musical, Into The Woods and Fame the Musical in recent years.

The musical, Merrily We Roll Along, stormed the West End in 2013 and its story of three friends and their journey through relationships, children, success and failure is sure to resonate with audiences.

The story revolves around Frank Shepard, a Broadway composer who is forced to re-evaluate his life.

Merrily We Roll Along can be seen on Saturday 14 November at 2pm and 7.30pm and then again on Sunday 15 November at 2pm and 7.30pm. Tickets are £10.

You can get tickets for Merrily We Roll Along directly from the Oakengates Theatre Box Office on 01952 382382. Tickets will also be available on the door, so please feel free to come along to see this musical masterpiece in Telford's largest theatre.
