The popular ‘Kids for £1’ programme of activities returns to Telford for the May half term school holiday.

The initiative, which is partnered with RICOH UK Products Ltd and Telford & Wrekin Council, offers selected holiday activities to children and young people within the borough for just £1 providing they hold a Telford Loyalty Card (TLC).

The Council’s leisure facilities have a full schedule of different activities, for all abilities, tastes and ages, ranging from BMX, cheerleading and trampolining to gymnastics.

Kids for £1 activities also include adrenaline packed session of Tubing at Telford Snowboard and Ski Centre or Pay and Play Table Tennis at Oakengates Leisure Centre.

Swimming, skiing and ice skating crash courses will also be on offer over the week providing the opportunity for some intensive tuition to learn and improve skills.

The May have term Kids for £1 offer will be valid from Tuesday 31st May – Friday 3rd June 2016.

Councillor Liz Clare, cabinet member for leisure and culture services, said: “I am pleased that RICOH continues to support kids for £1 and together we can offer a wide range of activities.

“The return of the incredibly popular UV foam party on Friday 3 June will be a fantastic end to what is hopefully a busy fun packed week for the children.”

The full schedule of activities can be downloaded from this article (just over to the right)!

Anyone requiring a TLC to take advantage of these fantastic offers can pick up an application form from any of Telford & Wrekin Council’s Leisure Centres or click here to visit the TLC website.
