Big Little things – florists and gifts will lead the flower workshops from their shop at Apley Farm Shop between Telford and Bridgnorth.

Florist, Mrs Francesca Robinson said: “The workshops which will run throughout 2016 are designed for people who want to learn more about floral arranging, so they are ideal for beginners.”

The calendar of workshops will be delivered by Big Little Things and will include Easter flower arranging, wedding flower tips and Christmas wreath workshops.

Mrs Robinson, who is a professionally qualified City and Guilds florist, said: “We often get asked ‘how can I do that at home?’ These workshops will show people how to get started, provide the tools they will need and they will have a finished flower arrangement that they've created at the end of it to take home."

Sarah Knowles, partner at Big Little Things florist said: “We are excited to be running floristry courses and helping those interested in floral design learn how to create their own arrangements.

“There are courses for everyone from how to create wedding arrangements to making your own door wreath at Christmas. We've had interest from both individuals and groups because it's something alternative to do. It's a great gift idea too.”

The workshops include all materials, light refreshment and are typically a morning or afternoon class.
