Tonight saw a great event managed and organised in aid of 'Heart Research' by Rebecca Taylor from MSO at the Space Centre in Telford.
The great thing about the evening was that it featured many local businesses such as crystal Labrynth and Cake Creators in Telford showing a range of beautiful wedding cakes (and they tasted fantastic!)
The whole evening was professionally organised and for those of us who attended the fashion show, we were in for a real treat.
The fashion show started with a presentation by Jean Sinnett who talked about looking good and feeling good, followed by Jane Rudd from accents who treated us to some great autumn outfits. It looks like loose leather belts, leather and crocodile calf length boots and A-line skirts are in. But also silk tunics with knitted cardigans and crisp white shirts gave us a real feel for the changing colours just around the corner.
Monique from Champagne and Roses showed us some fabulous proms dresses and spanish themed wedding and occasion wear but the WOW of the evening came from Wedding World in Ketley.
Anne Tucker treated us to some stunningly beautiful and exclusive british designed wedding dresses from great British designers Alan Hannah, Justin Alexander with Mia Mia, Ebony Rose and Richard designs.
We saw dresses decorated with crystals and beautifully flowing silk fabrics - it was a bride to be dream. Many of the dresses were with straps showing a move away from the strapless gowns but all of them were stunning.
For the brides to be and Mums of the bride this was a brilliant evening and I am sure that many of them will be heading to Wedding World in Telford to see some of the exclusive British designed wedding dresses.
