Following the tiniest glimpse of summer we enjoyed last week I have been looking at how we can prepare our feet for the season of sunshine that is bound to engulf Telford and Wrekin these coming months. I say this with a hint of sarcasm and a whole bucket load of hope and optimism. But, be prepared, as parading your feet in public after they have been enclosed in warm, cushioned shoes for six or seven months can cause untold mental trauma to you and anyone else looking at your pinkies! So get ready to throw off your Ugg boots and don your flip flops in the sunshine state of Shropshire.

In my blog read it here I will be looking at using natural ingredients for home feet makeovers. So now is the time to hunt down your local natural health and greengrocer shops (and recommend them to thebestof - recommend a business here ) for sea salt, olive oil and lemons, as these are perfect ingredients for DIY foot care that does not need to cost the earth. Prepare to soak, scrub and massage your gorgeous feet back to life.
