Santa and his team of elves will be welcoming children to his Grotto from now until Christmas Eve. Opening times are as follows:

Visits are on a first come, first served basis and payment is by cash only. Waiting times may vary and we encourage parents with younger children to consider weekday visits as these are usually quieter. A range of gift options are available for babies through to children aged 7 and above.
School groups or large parties must be via prior arrangement and are permitted on weekdays only. If you wish to book a group visit, please contact the Marketing Team on 01952 230032.

At busy periods the Grotto queue may close earlier than the times stated above to ensure those waiting may enter within the opening times. Monday to Friday only - Grotto will close for lunch between 1pm - 2pm.
