An amazing display of working Meccano models, created by Telford and Ironbridge Meccano Society (TIMS), will be on display at Enginuity - Design, Science and Technology Centre over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend from Saturday 29th April to Monday 1st May.

The mechanical marvels will be on display as part of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum's 50th anniversary celebrations.

Now in it's 16th year, The Meccanuity 2017 exhibition promises to be bigger than ever before; it will feature an impressive array of large and small models, many of which have been inspired by windmills and wind turbines.

The exhibition, which has grown to become one of the biggest in the country, will have large quantities of Meccano parts  available for youngsters to create their own Meccano wonders.
