Alison Thorton joined the team in 2003 . Alison qualified as a Solicitor in 2000. Lynsey Kilvert is a Legal Executive who in addition to dealing with accident claims is also the Cost Negotiator. Sarah Mears is a Legal Executive who, alongside Clare, deals with all new client enquiries. Sophie Davies is the sixth member of the team. She is currently studying to be a Legal Executive.
