Bathroom and Cloakroom Transformation

This lovely old property in the village of Shifnal had a dated bathroom and cloakroom that were rapidly becoming unusable. We believe that both were originally installed sometime in the 80's and were showing their age. In desperate need of updating, we faced a number of challenges.

The old toilet pipes ran straight into an old cast iron down pipe outside which needed completely replacing. We ran a new plastic soil pipe from the new toilet and removed all of the old cast iron pipework completely. Both the new bath and the new sink also had completely new black plastic waste pipes fitted so that all of the pipe work was now modern and secure.

The corner bath with a shower curtain was just inadequate so that was removed and we hand built all of the filler / side panels to give both the bathroom and cloakroom a fully fitted finished job. Each was then fitted with their own surfaces.

All of the waste pipes and radiator pipes were boxed in so that the whole job was modern, neat, attractive and completely up to date. The bathroom fittings and equipment were all really nice quality so that the finished job looked and felt like a luxury top end bathroom.

The customer is absolutely delighted with the beautifully finished job and of course, we're quite proud of it too.
