Telford Shopping Centre celebrates its 40th Birthday this year and the ambitious and dramatic plans for redevelopment are under way.

An exciting £250 million development between Telford & Wrekin Council and Southwater Event Group, part funded by the Homes & Communities Agency. The development will transform an area of Telford Town Centre which runs from the shopping centre down to The International Centre, providing high quality commercial, community, residential, hotel, leisure and retail space in a carefully planned and managed environment. Most importantly Southwater will give Telford a thriving and vibrant heart!
