Willows & Words: A Creative Morning with author Emma Carroll at Ferne
We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new event series at Ferne with best-selling children’s author Emma Carroll on Thursday 7th August!
Join us for an inspiring morning of storytelling and creativity at Ferne, where children’s author Emma Carroll will lead a special writing session for young readers aged 9-11 years.
Emma will read from her latest novel, The Houdini Inheritance, a thrilling historical adventure set in 1920s England and America. The story follows young Glory and her friend Dennis as they become entangled in the world of the legendary escape artist Harry Houdini, embarking on a journey filled with secrets, suspense, and daring feats.
After the reading, Emma will guide participants through a creative writing session, sharing tips on crafting compelling stories and characters. The event will conclude with a book signing, offering attendees the chance to purchase a copy of The Houdini Inheritance personally signed by Emma herself.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to meet Emma Carroll and ignite your child’s imagination through the magic of storytelling.
Ages: 9–11
