Matt is absolutely wonderful, he shows the upmost compassion and empathy, making sure to give your loved ones the exact send off they would have wanted. From start to finish, he keeps communication going and makes sure your family is happy with how your loved ones are taken care of. Also Ally is the most wonderful celebrant as well. Matt and Ally made a heartbreaking time, a little less difficult and I’ll forever be grateful.

Matt and his team are amazing and I simply cannot recommend them enough. Happy to help with everything as my world had just collapsed and I never felt a bother when asking questions. They went above and beyond with the cemetery where an unresolved issue from 8 yrs ago surfaced. Professional, dedicated and they truly care.

When my partner David passed away on the 27th December 2023 I was in pieces. I phoned Willow Funeral Services and spoke to Matt he was not only professional in everything he said and did but showed he was kind helpful caring supportive and made you feel at ease. Will recommend Matt and Willows to anyone. I'm sorry this has taken so long. Shirley.

My dear Grandma Valerie Russell passed away last year and Willow Funeral Services took care of the funeral. Matt and his daughter was very thorough. Matt's Daughter was a delight to speak to from the start and every detail for Grandmas send off was taken care of. The service, the music, the video of photos, the flowers etc was all so wonderful and I couldnt of asked for any more. I would reccomend Willow over and over again as they really care about everything and are so thorough with every little detail. Matt took care of us and more recently has organised my grandmas ashes to be put into a necklace which I received today which has brought me so much comfort. I will never forget how much they helped me and my family get through a very hard day. 😘😘
