The lady below has not told the truth at all. As all of my customers know, we do not rip people off, far from it. We verbally quoted this person (backed up by CCTV and another lady customer for 4 tyres, 2 @ £35 each, 2 @ £40 each, 3 locking wheel nut removals @ £12 per wheel as she had left her key at the roadside somewhere and £7.80 for there disposal wheel nut key. As one of the nuts was well seized, I offered her a lift back to work FOC, we even found her 3 replacement wheel nuts FOC. All the above priced included Vat so there was absolutely no hidden charges. Then she started hoax calling us from her work phone number without withholding the number (I'm still waiting for her manager to call me back). Bonnie, you should really pay attention when people are talking to you before committing libellous statements. Please do not ever step foot in our garage again, you are not welcome!
