After having 5 quotes from different companies 3 of these from people sat in offices miles away from where i live i contacted solar gain who are basically 10 miles from where i live. Phil popped out and went through with me on the set up that i required. there was no pressure selling or money off the figure he came back with so no messing about. i excepted the offer and all the work was completed to a high standard . further still i have phoned Phil regarding questions and he has answered and explained very well. No doubt i will have more questions to ask in the future and will not hesitate to contact him as Phil said phone anytime . I can fully recommend Phil and the solar gain team. From the initial contact, quote and delivery, it was a delight dealing with Phil and Vanessa and the team at SolarGain. very impressed
ive had 6-7 people come out to price up my solar and battery, all to be told slightly different things eg how many panels I can have and one saying its pointless to have them on both sides of the roof (east and west).
some did have the sales push feel I must say
phill come out and asked what my plans, what did I already know and usage. he was definitely on the same way of thinking as me just knew a whole lot more.
always happy to help answering my questions by email and text which was very nice nothing felt like it was to much trouble never felt like I wasn't in control or being pushed into more, to be honest was looking at a few extras add ones to be told yeah we can do that but look at it this way.
very happy with the system so far and the quality. would I use again yes and I would and have recommend them to friends that have booked in appointments.

Phil and the team at Solar Gain have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had four quotes from various companies and we chose solar gain due to there zero pressure sales, technical knowledge, competitive price and thorough quotation. With the added reassurance of the government backed quality scheme and installation insurance cover it was another feel good factor. The tradesmen were top notch and done in 2.5 days and it’s been running perfectly since. Solar Gain pride themselves on their aftercare and service and rightly so. What a great team and nothing was too much trouble. From the consultation with the salesperson to the installation. everyone was so nice and completely professional. We had solar-gain install our panels and batteries after lots of research. We found the salesperson Craig really knowledgeable, and the quotation with facts and figures was so well presented. No pressure whatsoever, and the project management and installation went as planned and expected. The whole installation was carried out with total professionalism and looks amazing.
We installed solar with batteries to future proof our home for retirement, money in the bank doing nothing or start now to get our solar journey and return on investment started, so then are energy will be more affordable and the savings will be ours.
