First Class. We were kept informed every step of the way whilst they were completing our project. In a way that we could understand. Any questions we had were answered in full. Answered in full in a way we could understand. The aftercare is second to none. Weeks after our project was complete, if we had questions they were answered. Not by a bot but by a human. We have had the company back twice to do work for us because we trust them in all aspects of the work that they do. Thank you once again.

Rhys was relentless in solving problems with my Sunsynk batteries in 2024. It involved travelling from his base in Somerset to my house in Exminster, Devon to replace faulty batteries, remotely reprogramming the system, showing me how to do that, taking me through what to do when the system tripped a circuit breaker, and just a few months ago replying to a WhatsApp while he was on holiday.

A flawless experience start to finish. From time keeping, communication, work ethic and work quality, the service was second to none. If you haven’t a clue about Solar Chase will explain every detail and only give you the best kit and the best prices. I ran about 12-15 quotes and Chase was not only best priced but also provided the most hands off stress free flawless experience I could have asked for! 5 stars aren’t enough!

We had a complete solar system and batteries fitted by Solar Electrical Services in August 2025, now three months on we are so please that we went with them as the install was totally hassle free, The system is working better than we could imagine. Chase also gave us great technical support when needed to set the batteries to over night charging, Chase and his team are very professional. Everything has been outstanding .

Great service from Rhys and the team. Helpful throughout our decision making regarding solar panels and fitting them. Considerate of us and our kids whilst working and all completed in a timely manner (given a date in advance which is always appreciated!). After fitting Rhys checked we were happy with the panels, battery and the app and how well our solar panels were doing etc. Very pleased with our decision to get the panels and will be asking this company back when we are ready for a second battery!
