Oh my heavens, quite literally. The best gluten free and vegan chocolate cake I have ever tasted. It was truly divine. So moist, flavoursome and decadent without being sickly. It really was incredible.<br><br>I have to have gluten, wheat and dairy free for medical reasons and choose to be vegan. Having been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 5 years ago, I can honestly say the chocolate cake I tried today was the nicest gluten free sweet treat I have eaten in the whole 5 years. It was moist with a perfect consistency and tasted incredible, the buttercream was so good. I had to buy extra to save for later. Outstanding cake with no comparison on the high street, seriously nothing comes close.
