I am fairly new to Pilates, and Debbie was very welcoming and supportive. Always able to help if unable to do a particular exercise and suggest an alternative. Highly recommend Debbie’s classes, give them a go 👍👍

Debbie is a highly skilled fitness and Pilates practician. Her classes are welcoming and she gives clear instructions. Debbie emphasis working at your own level and quickly adjusts exercises to suit individual needs. My advice - you've got nothing to loose giving classes a go!

I was very sceptical to start this. I've had low back pain for years. On my first lesson I woke up the next morning with at least 30% less pain. As the weeks have gone on (6 week course) my posture has improved and I feel more agile. If you want to give your body (and mind) a new lease of life - try pilates - you won't regret it. I'm hoping by continuing to go to these lessons it will keep me from entering a nursing home in later years! Thank you Debbie for your professionalism, patience and understanding you are such a star.

Have been to Debbie’s classes for 8 weeks or so now and I love them, Debbie is brilliant her knowledge is 1st class and she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she teaches , her classes are fun and informative as well as relaxing and calm towards the end. No matter your shape or size I would hugely recommend Debbie’s classes , I always leave feeling like I’ve worked hard and effectively and also with a positive mindset for the rest of the week thank you Debbie we think your amazing!

Age and arthritis aren’t a great combination, I thought nothing could improve my stiffness but how wrong I was! Recommended by a friend, I contacted Debbie and after a thorough one-to-one session discussing my particular issues, Debbie suggested a gentle class I might try to start with. That was during ‘lock-down’ and since then I’ve been delighted with my progress and increased mobility, seeing improvements in strength, flexibility and balance. I’d recommend Pilates in Bridgwater to anyone, whatever state they’re in Debbie will know a safe way forward.

Debbie's classes are fun, tailored to your individual needs, and since attending Debbie's classes I have experienced increased mobility in my joints, better posture and the classes can also be quite relaxing!

Debbie has changed my life, she is so knowledgable, can tackle any problems, friendly and fun. After 3 years of 3 weekly zoom classes y mobility and balance has improved so much - I am over 80!! 🥰

My wife and myself have been Debbies disciples for many years. She runs brilliant classes that are hard work but very rewarding. Debbie is able to meet the needs of a group but at the same time retain a focus on each individual. Her knowledge and dedication underpin everything she does. Pity a six star review is not an option!

Weekly classes are always brilliant with real professional care for all of our individual injuries and “weak” spots. In these days of lockdown, however, Debbie is going above and beyond anything we might have imagined to keep us well and truly strengthened, lengthened, stretched and relaxed with classes available every day on Zoom and Facebook.

I highly recommend pilates with Debbie -- she has excellent specialised knowledge of both pilates and other movement systems and knows how to communicate it to her students, even in online classes. Her Zoom classes have helped me a lot with managing chronic pain, better posture and body awareness, and starting to develop more core strength. She genuinely cares about her students and is always looking for ways to tailor classes and exercises to everyone's individual needs. There's also a lovely atmosphere and it's very affordable!

It’s so easy to join in with Debbie’s brilliant Pilates classes on Zoom! Sign up and Debbie will send you a link to sign in. It’s just like a normal class. Debbie gives feedback and makes sure you are using the correct technique. There are daily classes and chats too!

Debbie is a highly skilled and knowledgeable instructor. Her Pilates class has massively helped me to keep mobile after a lumbar injury. She takes the time to find out if you have any mobility problems and instructs accordingly. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

The best thing I have done is join Debbie's pilates class. My balance has improved, stretching has helped my mobility especially around my injured knee. Thoroughly recommend Debbie's classes.
