With wife due out of hospital imminently, visited company, explained situation, had a survey same afternoon, Wednesday, offered fitting Thursday pm or Friday am, settled for Friday, all fitted and working by 10:00am, can't praise them highly enough. Very highly recommended.

When I acquired a second hand stairlift it had a faulty track.I phoned DMA stairlifts and they said they could get a better track and fix it.They ordered it and fitted it within a week.The staff from office to fitting were brilliant.

I have never left a review for anything before but in this instance I feel my family would like to thank the guys at DMA Stairlift's for their speedy service. I called them mid-morning on Monday to make an enquiry about hiring a stair lift and by 4.00pm they had measured up and installed it. This has enabled us to get our dad home from hospital in time for Christmas. Thanks, once again. We hope you have a great Christmas - you have certainly made our family's Christmas a happier one.

We rented a stairlift for my Mother in Law for the last 6 months of her life. From start to finish both the office and technical staff have been understanding, courteous, empathetic and efficient. Absolutely brilliant service, timely, courteous and very tidy installation let me say more...on the Thursday my wife had an accident and broke both her legs and ankles. While she was in hospital following an operation I contacted DMA who conducted a quick survey the same day and the following day installed the stair lift. The installation requires no drilling or screwing into the wall and is very neat. The physios at the hospital asked for details as it such a good idea to be able to rent the equipment. This is making a difficult situation a little easier as my wife isn't consigned to sleeping downstairs for the next 12 weeks or so!

I fractured my Tibial Plateau (knee) in August and was having great difficulty in going upstairs. We contacted DMA stairlifts through Google, explaining what we needed. At that time I could not bend my knee on their initial visit so they suggested I would stand .When they brought the stairlift I could bend my leg slightly which meant I could sit down which would be safer. They did not bring the chair so they drove back to Wellington to collect the chair which is about 40 miles from my home and return again so I could use the stair lift that night. So impressed with their customer service, their professionalism and ultimately going beyond what was required. A very sincere thank you to everyone at DMA.

I contacted DMA stairlifts to come and give a quote and within 2 days I had the quote and the stairlift was due to be put in a week later, unfortunately I had to cancel due to extending circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at DMA to any one of my customers, they were efficient, reliable, friendly and very professional. It is extremely reassuring that there are still companies that you can rely on. Well done DMA

Amazing service..we had an emergency situation and needed to reinstall a stair lift that had been stored for over 12 years... nothing was to much trouble..their expertise and work ethic was second to none.. within four hours everything was sorted..they restored our faith in local workman.. totally recommend them.... This company came two hours after my call on a Friday to measure and returned on the Monday to fit. Having finally persuaded my mother that a stairlift was essential to allow her to remain living in her own home, the challenge then was to find a suitable supplier. I am sure, that like many before me I was full of trepidation as it was a product and service about which I had no knowledge at all. I invited 2 local companies and 2 National ones to meet me at the house. Knowing what now know I would have called a halt after the visit from DMA, the first supplier. This company have been exceptional throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with - they are the epitome of a local company who genuinely care about the service they offer whose reputation means everything to them. Their care and attention to my mum's needs has been really quite remarkable and nothing has been too much trouble. It was always my intention to be there on the installation day but when I was unable to attend I need not have been at all concerned - the team were patient and completely understanding which left my mum feeling totally re-assured and confident in the use of the stairlift. No matter who you have the pleasure to speak with, all of their staff afford you the same high level of professionalism, care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend DMA for the supply, installation and aftercare of your stairlift, they are all an absolute breath of fresh air - thank you so much!

My wife and I had to fly back into the UK due to my father being taken to hospital. We had to get a Stair lift fitted in his house quickly. The Dma team were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they made a difficult situation easier. Within 2 working days it was all installed, great price, great service from a great little company. I would highly recommend them.

Just a note to say how pleased we are with our stairlift that you and Stuart installed 2 months ago.
It has a been an absolute boon to my wife who can now manage the stairs comfortably and safely.
She has not been well of late and confined to bed and so it was also a boon to me too in having to
frequently go up and down stairs to see to her, especially as my arthritic knees are becoming more
troublesome.
It has also meant that our considerations about moving have been put on hold and may never be
necessary.
You are to be commended in the way that you handled the installation , no mess no bother and on
schedule.
Commended too in demonstrating using your high tech video what it would look like and
accommodating the the tricky bend and low height problem.Well done both of you.

competitor. Stannah stairlifts incidentally took one look and said it was not possible to install one.
