We could not have chosen a better company to rent our stairlift from, excellent service from the first enquiry to the fitting two days latter. The website quotes easy to understand prices and equipment available.
We rang on Monday and talked to a lovely helpful lady called Charlotte who arranged for our property to be surveyed for suitability, the next day we have a visit from Stewart who confirmed the suitability and what the installation would involve.
The day after we had a phone call to arrange fitting on the same day, the installation was undertaken by Stewart who was the most pleasant and polite person we could have hoped to carry out the work, the installation was undertaken in under two hours with hardly any noticeable noise and no absolutely no mess.
We would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have a stairlift fitted in your property.

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Mike, Collet and Andy, We had an issue with my mums Stairlift and within 24 hours, Andy the engineer was at my mums house to resolve the issue. They are straight talking and Genuine people, who do the best for the customer and don't charge over the top.
The company obviously has family values at heart and a respect for the customer, I couldn't recommend them enough, see you in 12 months for the annual service.

I can’t praise this company enough. Everyone I spoke to has been just marvellous. The rented lift was fitted on Monday and I had only enquired about it on the previous Friday(3 days including the weekend!) They are all so helpful and friendly. Absolute knights in shining armour. They have saved my sanity!

My stairlift stopped at top of the stairs, my husband managed to get it down. We phoned DMA who were absolutely fantastic, to try and save us money they did a ‘WhatsApp’ call and talked my husband through the different stages to get it going again. Absolutely brilliant company who put customers first to try and save you lots of money on call outs and work. I cannot praise them enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Genuine people with a passion for their customer satisfaction 10/10 5*. Well done guys

I needed a stairlift urgently after my father was taken ill suddenly just before Christmas. Mike visited my father's house in South Devon on the same day I called him, and he had fitted two lifts within 72 hours. Throughout the process Mike has been brilliant - fully understanding of our needs and flexible in coming up with the best options that will enable my dad to stay in his own home. Mik absolutely knows his stuff, and is caring in the way he works. The house was left clean and tidy. Great value. I thoroughly recommend Mike and the DMA team.

Been looking for someone to repair my husband's stairlift - without success. Red light - no action - having to walk upstairs. Found DMA Stairlifts online and have been amazed by their superb service. I should add that this is on a stairlift not even bought from them. Came out the next day and worked very hard to get the ancient Acorn stairlift going - sadly to no avail. But no charge as they hadn't got it to work.
Then we got a phone call, followed by a visit from the boss who worked like a Trojan. Found the problem to be loose wiring and did a full overhaul. A very reasonable charge and amazing response. Wish I had know about them 10 years ago when I was looking for a 2nd hand stairlift. They not only do new ones but also refurbished ones and repairs. If this one packs up then we will definitely buy from them - but in the meanwhile they think they can keep it going ! Cannot praise them too highly and will recommend to any friends who need a stairlift.

I give DMA Stairlifts Ltd the highest recommendation. They fitted a stairlift for my parents in an old house with a long narrow staircase. Andy had to make a special piece to make it fit, but he would not be beaten! Other stairlift companies in the area were not able to do the job. From initial site visit to fitting was 10 days, which included a bank holiday weekend. Thank you so much.

I needed a stairlift installed urgently to enable my wife to return home from hospital. DMA proved to be an excellent choice. I received a fast response, a rapid installation and all at a most reasonable price. In addition every member of their team including Collette, Stuart, Mike and Andy were a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Cannot fault both the office staff and engineer who were extremely helpful when my mother's stairlift broke down recently, particularly as she had an operation on her leg and needed to get upstairs for the toilet and to go to bed

With wife due out of hospital imminently, visited company, explained situation, had a survey same afternoon, Wednesday, offered fitting Thursday pm or Friday am, settled for Friday, all fitted and working by 10:00am, can't praise them highly enough. Very highly recommended.

When I acquired a second hand stairlift it had a faulty track.I phoned DMA stairlifts and they said they could get a better track and fix it.They ordered it and fitted it within a week.The staff from office to fitting were brilliant.

I have never left a review for anything before but in this instance I feel my family would like to thank the guys at DMA Stairlift's for their speedy service. I called them mid-morning on Monday to make an enquiry about hiring a stair lift and by 4.00pm they had measured up and installed it. This has enabled us to get our dad home from hospital in time for Christmas. Thanks, once again. We hope you have a great Christmas - you have certainly made our family's Christmas a happier one.

Absolutely brilliant service, timely, courteous and very tidy installation let me say more...on the Thursday my wife had an accident and broke both her legs and ankles. While she was in hospital following an operation I contacted DMA who conducted a quick survey the same day and the following day installed the stair lift. The installation requires no drilling or screwing into the wall and is very neat. The physios at the hospital asked for details as it such a good idea to be able to rent the equipment. This is making a difficult situation a little easier as my wife isn't consigned to sleeping downstairs for the next 12 weeks or so!

I fractured my Tibial Plateau (knee) in August and was having great difficulty in going upstairs. We contacted DMA stairlifts through Google, explaining what we needed. At that time I could not bend my knee on their initial visit so they suggested I would stand .When they brought the stairlift I could bend my leg slightly which meant I could sit down which would be safer. They did not bring the chair so they drove back to Wellington to collect the chair which is about 40 miles from my home and return again so I could use the stair lift that night. So impressed with their customer service, their professionalism and ultimately going beyond what was required. A very sincere thank you to everyone at DMA.

I contacted DMA stairlifts to come and give a quote and within 2 days I had the quote and the stairlift was due to be put in a week later, unfortunately I had to cancel due to extending circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at DMA to any one of my customers, they were efficient, reliable, friendly and very professional. It is extremely reassuring that there are still companies that you can rely on. Well done DMA

Amazing service..we had an emergency situation and needed to reinstall a stair lift that had been stored for over 12 years... nothing was to much trouble..their expertise and work ethic was second to none.. within four hours everything was sorted..they restored our faith in local workman.. totally recommend them....
