Heather has been a Regional and Divisional Employee relations case manager, devised and developed talent programs and trained and mentored 100’s of colleagues to achieve their potential.  She became CIPD certified a CBT Counsellor, Life Coach and Mental Health First aider. All of these have helped her knowledge and expertise in complex staffing cases.

Since working for and with SME’s Heather saw an opportunity to share her expertise and start her own business.  The businesses that she has worked with in the past haven’t been big enough to warrant their own HR Manager and whilst having great administrative employees, they didn’t have the time or confidence to develop and grow in house talent.  A collaboration with Click The Button and the existing staff is the way forward here.  All of the experience and skills, knowledge and training that Heather has is yours to share, solving your HR problems on an ad hoc basis.
