We have just had a new carpet fitted in our bedroom.The service was excellent. From selecting the carpet in their East Reach shop in Taunton to the fitting the following week. The fitters turned up on time & worked quickly & carefully .Would recommend this company to anyone Well done

We have used Carpets R Us over the last 20 years. Henry and the team are always welcoming and friendly at the showroom and provide excellent guidance on the best carpet options for the room and its use. I popped in for a coir mat for our vestibule. They were so helpful and friendly. I loved the black lab dog behind the desk especially. There is a large selection of remnants (mainly in beige, may be great if you are a landlord?) In general, a great carpet store.

We did our research around Taunton to find a reliable and conscious family run business that would give us not only value for money but to do a first class job.
We had four quotes and found Henry’s prices were very fair.
The workmanship was excellent, in fact we have employed them again to our lounge.

Brilliant service from Henry and the fitters. We had our entire new build fitted with LVT and carpet. We’d left sorting the flooring quite late but Henry came out a few days after we visited the shop with samples for us to see in the home and the fitters worked between jobs to get it done so we could move in. Henry was so helpful when choosing suitable flooring and the fitters were very professional and left the house spotless. We had an issue a few months later due to a leak and Henry came out after work to sort this for us. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.
