Probate
Lauren dealt with all aspects of my father's estate recently and from start to finish i couldn't be happier!
Probate wasn't quite as straight forward as it should have been but Lauren made it look easy!
Having never dealt with legalities after the passing of a relative before I was somewhat naive and bemused by it all!
Lauren really made everything as simple as possible throughout the whole process, her communication was always prompt, her explanations detailed but 'idiot' proof!
Hopefully I won't require Lauren's services again for a while, but when I do i now know she'll make the whole process as easy as possible to deal with 😊

Team Work
I asked Amicus Law if they would guide me in performing my duties as executor of my late husband’s will and carry out all the associated legal procedures. I was lucky enough to be allocated the team of Solicitor Iram Ramzan and Legal Assistant Sophie Snape. Both of them worked hard to turn things around in record time – taking less than half the time initially predicted and within budget. All contacts with me were swift, polite and answered my questions. Because I was not able to attend the Weymouth office personally, they went out of their way to visit me at home when necessary or conducted on-line meetings via laptop. Both always inquired after my health when communicating by e-mail or telephone. Iram imparted judgement based on obvious experience and competence and Sophie, although still learning, brought youthful confidence and friendliness as well as knowledge. She deserves to advance in her career and I hope she will continue her studies in the legal profession. Working with them both was a very positive experience at a difficult personal time. In the same timescale they additionally managed to produce some other legal certification I requested, without complaint or fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Iram and Sophie at Amicus to achieve any family law legal requirements.
